Christian Executive Search Process
We begin with a thorough interview process with prospective clients to understand their needs. We will come to your place of business and learn about your strengths and your needs. Our goal is to develop a clear understanding of the type of person who would complement your organization.
We then begin working through all of the immediate possible candidates within your organization and any group of potential candidates you have already identified. If the best person for the job is not found, we will begin to search through our network.
It is usually much more important to have the right person in a position than to simply fill a job. Once we have identified a person or persons that would likely succeed, we will begin a process of evaluation that includes a recorded interview, behavioral assessments, reference checking and other methods.
The Decision
The final decision is in the hands of our clients and the candidates we identify. We don't make a hiring decision for you or press you to accept a job offer, but we do arm you with the critical information that you need to make a quality decision.
Our consulting arm, Lee Resources International, Inc. provides a specialized suite of consulting services for businesses who need help with their hiring process.
